|W.J. Maloney Plumbing has always believed in building strong, win-win
relationships with our building partners - as evidenced by the fact that most of our business is repeat business with longstanding clients. The general and
subcontractors we work with know that we sit down and plan for the success of the project with them, that we follow through and that we'll look for every
advantage on the job. More importantly, they know that they can pick up the phone and call in the event that an unforeseen change requires an accelerated schedule or shift in plans and they'll get a no-nonsense, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-it-done response.
Good business is about knowing that you can rely on each other to do what you say, when you say you will do it,
and that you'll give that above and beyond effort it's needed. After all, we're all partners when we have a project
that needs to get done.
|I have worked with W.J. Maloney Plumbing for fourteen years and we have an excellent relationship. They are a design-build plumbing
contractor that fully comprehends how to integrate function & cost to get the best possible product for the least possible cost; they add a
lot of value. Maloney is very thorough, staffing adequately in the field and asking questions if they have concerns. More importantly, they
ask questions in time, so there are no problems. I have never had a scheduling delay due to their lack of performance. If Maloney's on the
job then I know the plumbing scope is going to get done on time.

Perini Building is known for driving a job very hard. So we don't just go after subcontractors that can do the work; we hire subs that get
the work done fast and with good quality. Maloney is always on our best subcontractor list. The bottom line is, they're just no nonsense.
They ask smart questions, they understand the scope of the project and they're fast at getting proposals. When Maloney tells you what
they're going to do, they stand behind it. They really are a partner in a multi-faceted job. I can't say enough good about them. I would
not hesitate to use them again, not at all, they're fantastic.

My first preference for plumbing contractors has always been Maloney. They've always been very reputable, very ethical. They take pride
in their workmanship and they're very production oriented, very knowledgeable of their trade. If I could use them on every job I would.
VP of Operations, Johnson Carlier
W.J. Maloney seems to be very well organized. They're aggressive in getting the job produced. They do a lot of pre-planning, a
lot of prefabrication and they always push the job towards completion. Maloney sets the pace of construction. They do a great job.

My time with W.J. Maloney started in 1995, with Swift Transportation, and included Collier Center, Scottsdale Waterfront, Scottsdale
Gateway, and many others. They are one of the best design-build plumbing subcontractors in town, and one of the first to prefab
assemblies in the shop, which is much more efficient and controlled than having a plumber on the 14th floor assembling everything.
Maloney has integrity and experience. They're creative and competitive, with a very competent field staff. It's good to work with honest folks.

Maloney is willing to help; they come in and just get things done, they don't drag their feet. On the Brunswick project, the foreman on the
job was real good at looking ahead and making sure we had things in the condition we needed them. He was always ahead of the game.
And when he said he was done, the inspectors didn't have to spend a lot of time going over the work; they looked at one or two things
and said, that's good, we know your work. It made life a lot easier.
I've worked with all the major plumbing companies in this area. In my opinion Maloney is the best design build team on the plumbing
side in the Valley of the Sun.
